Corrosion control through the life of the asset

From the initial design of corrosion control of an asset, through installation, continued operation and maintenance, to servicing. At any point of an asset's life cycle, Enwop can assist with advisement and sustainability of your asset.

Life-cycle work

These four stages are the corrosion-control path Enwop is positioned to cover. They are not four unrelated trades—they are one protective system over time.

  1. 01

    Design

Engineering the corrosion-control approach before construction or rehabilitation, so the system fits the asset, soils or product, and required life. Design is documented so installation and later maintenance have a baseline.

  2. 02

    Installation

Field installation of the designed measures, sequenced with civil and electrical work. The aim is correct placement and commissioning—not a drawing left unimplemented.

  3. 03

    Operation & maintenance

Continued operation and maintenance of installed protection: periodic checks, records, and adjustments so the system keeps doing what it was designed to do.

  4. 04

    Servicing

Repair, troubleshooting, and support after systems have been in service—when conditions change, equipment ages, or an owner needs the asset brought back to a maintainable state.

Complete asset service provider

Named capabilities

Enwop is a complete asset service provider including construction management, project and program management, inspection, survey, engineering, and design. Those functions sit alongside the corrosion-control life cycle; they are how the work is planned, built, and verified.

How those functions are used

Industry-standard meanings of the services Enwop already names—no added product lines.

Construction management

Field and contract coordination for the work: schedule, quality, and interface with other trades so corrosion-control installation is built as designed.

Project and program management

Planning, reporting, and coordination for a single project or a multi-asset program, keeping design, construction, inspection, and closeout aligned.

Inspection

Field inspection of assets and of installed protection to document condition and to inform maintenance, repair, or redesign decisions.

Survey

Field survey in support of corrosion control and asset records—location, condition, and the measurements engineering and maintenance need.

Engineering

Technical analysis and documentation that turn operating requirements and field data into a workable protective design and a defensible basis for work in the field.

Design

The initial design of corrosion control of an asset, and design support later in life when the asset or its operating conditions have changed.
